Terms & Conditions

By registering for and participating in any Ace Cup tournament, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, you should not register or participate. Ace Cup may update these terms as described in section 16.

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide — including your full name, email, phone number and NTRP skill level — is accurate. Ace Cup reserves the right to disqualify any player who provides false or misleading information.

Registration requires full payment of the tournament entry fee through our payment provider. Your spot is confirmed only when the payment is successfully completed. Ace Cup is not responsible for payments declined or processed incorrectly by the payment provider. Entry fees and available spots are shown on each tournament's page.

Ace Cup reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tournament due to low participation, venue unavailability, or other operational reasons. If a tournament is cancelled before it starts, the full entry fee is refunded. If a cancellation occurs during the tournament, any prize distribution is determined based on the results up to that point, and remaining entry fees may be refunded at Ace Cup's discretion.

Matches are played outdoors and may be affected by weather. Players are encouraged to reschedule matches affected by rain or unsafe conditions within the scheduling deadline. If weather prevents a match from being completed before its deadline, players may request a deadline extension. Ace Cup is not liable for weather disruptions, court closures, or costs incurred due to weather-related rescheduling.

Players are responsible for arranging and paying for their own court time. Ace Cup does not provide, reserve, or guarantee courts. Players and their opponents should agree on a public or private court in Miami and split any court costs as they see fit. Ace Cup is not a party to court rental agreements and is not responsible for court availability or fees.

Each match must be played within 7 days of being assigned. Players are responsible for coordinating the date, time, and court with their opponent. If a match is not played by its deadline and no extension is granted, Ace Cup may award a walkover. Repeated failure to schedule or play matches may result in disqualification from the current and future tournaments without refund.

Both players must report match scores honestly and accurately. If the scores reported by both players do not match, Ace Cup will investigate and resolve the dispute, and its decision is final. Falsifying results may result in immediate disqualification.

All participants must behave with sportsmanship and respect toward other players, organizers, and facility staff. Abusive language, cheating, physical or verbal aggression, harassment, and similar conduct are not tolerated. Violations may result in disqualification from the current and future tournaments without refund.

Prizes (cash and/or trophies) are awarded to the winners once the tournament is completed and results are verified. Prize amounts are published on each tournament's page. Winners are responsible for any taxes applicable to their prizes and for meeting their own tax obligations. Ace Cup does not guarantee any specific prize amount beyond what is published for each tournament.

Participation in Ace Cup tournaments involves physical exertion. You acknowledge that tennis carries a risk of injury and that you participate at your own risk. Ace Cup, its organizers, and partners are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages suffered during matches. You are encouraged to have adequate medical insurance and to consult a physician before participating if you have any health concerns.

Ace Cup may take photographs or videos during tournaments for promotional, social media, and marketing purposes. By participating, you acknowledge that your image may appear in such content. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify an organizer. Ace Cup does not use participant images for paid advertising endorsements and makes no representation about the scope or reach of any promotional content.

Ace Cup may adjust tournament dates, registration windows, or match deadlines when reasonably necessary. Material changes to a tournament you have registered for will be communicated to you by email. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified schedule.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute arising from your participation in Ace Cup shall be resolved in the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Ace Cup may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
